To cancel your event, please log into your event and go to Left Menu > Settings to add the word **CANCELLED** to your event name so the public is aware. Do not remove the original event name. Please respond to the following questions as soon as possible so that we can proceed with the cancellation process: 1. Have you collected funds through a public pre-registration? 2. Have you agreed to video stream through a rights agreement or the Terms of Use on the Trackcast questionnaire? 3. If you have not done either of these, can we delete your event from the system? If you do not respond to these questions by the Sunday after your event, you will be invoiced on Monday as if the tournament ran.
